Our facilities are wired with industry-leading CAT-6e cabling, capable of gigabit speeds and are serviced by a combination of redundant wireless and fiber-optic, metro-ethernet connections that give OfficeLinks' clients access to bandwidth speeds of well over 100mbps. Furthermore, all our locations feature state-of-the-art Cisco gigabit switches that allow us to harness the potential of the CAT-6e cabling and our high bandwidth subscriptions.

Redundant Public Internet Services
- OfficeLinks endeavors to provide an "always up" internet connection. Because we use multiple internet access providers on diverse transmission media, we can provide 99.9% connection to the internet. Our routers are configured for internet access to automatically failover to multiple back up lines in the event of an outage.
High speed internet access (Burstable to more than 100mbps)
- Due to it's high-spec infrastructure, OfficeLinks is in the unique position of offering guaranteed bandwidth to internet for customers who require custom Service Level Agreements.
Perimeter Firewall Security Services
- All clients are protected from inbound threats by a closely managed Cisco security solution.
Private WAN Interconnection
- All OfficeLinks locations are connected to each other via a private WAN. Each site does not need to go out to the internet to connect to another location.
Private Managed LAN services
- All OfficeLinks clients, including multi-office clients, are assigned their own private VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network) for easy networking of their workstations and peripheral devices. No other client will be able see or access your files or workstations.
- Clients with offices in various OfficeLinks locations will also have the ability to share a common VLAN across their various offices, making networking and file sharing a breeze.
OfficeLinks recognizes that several of our clients may have specific needs that we may not be able to cater to. To name a few, these very often include:
- the ability to connect to a corporate network which may not be housed in an OfficeLinks facility
- specific data sharing, security and/or routing requirements
- public hosting abilities etc...
For clients with some of these more advanced needs, OfficeLinks offers the following custom options:
- Public Network connection
For clients who need to manage their own network within the OfficeLinks environment we can provide public/static IP address(es). These clients can bring in their own firewall and we will give them unfettered access to the internet and they can control all inbound and outbound access to their network.
- Custom VPN access
For clients who need to gain access to their PCs remotely, we offer custom VPN connections which will allow them to securely connect to their computers using a secure communication client.
Clients will be given an application to install on their remote computer which will then allow them to access any node on their private OfficeLinks network.
- Other customizable options can be created to meet our clients' specific needs as well.
